Loota Boyz, or "Lootaz" for short, are specialized Orks, trained in the use of Imperial tanks and weaponry. They commonly scavenge battlefields for wrecked vehicles to repair and use, a favorite being the Leman Russ Battle Tank. It is rare for orks to get any more powerful vehicles, but woe to the foe that comes across a looted Land Raider!
