Marnus Lochaine is a Librarian of the Storm Wardens Chapter and Chief Librarian of Watch Fortress Damaroth.[1]
A member of the Watch Council and the supreme authority governing the Librarians sent to train there, it was Lochaine who would oversee the special training each psychic Space Marine would undertake (which was above and beyond the standard xenos hunter programme).[1]
