The Omnicopaeia was an artifact that was sought after by Magos Delphan Gruss.

Overview

This device was believed to be a data storage mechanism that contained every STC blueprint created during the Dark Age of Technology. It's existence came when Delphan Gruss examined numerous STC legends and has devoted his life to finding the artifact.
