Painbosses are very large Ork Mad Doks who have become the Warboss of their respective tribes. They usually have a few Gretchin orderlies with them, helping them administer 'Fightin' Juice' to the boyz, making them into raving mad fighters. In addition, a Painboss is usually sighted with a collection of Cyborks acting as bodyguards.
