Pulse Carbine

The Pulse Carbine is a compact version of the Tau Pulse Rifle, packing similar firepower, but in a smaller size. Thus the Pulse Carbine has less range, but can be fired to its maximum range even after the user has moved. Becauses it sacrifices the range found on the Pulse Rifle, it can also carry an underslung Photon Grenade launcher, which fires photon grenades that can pin enemy units in place. The variant of the Pulse Carbine that is used by Pathfinders has an integrated markerlight mounted on top.
