Rending Claws are a Tyranid Bio-weapon of short, deadly claws tipped in extremely dense diamond-hard chitin. Powered by the overdeveloped musculature and steel-like tendons of a Tyranid, rending claws become capable of ripping open Ceramite and thick armour with ease as well as fatally shredding flesh and bone.¹
