Sh'lacqclak

Sh'lacqclak, the Marquis of Mutilation, was a Daemon Prince who was defeated by Fabius Bile and had his sceptre of office taken from him and forged into the Rod of Torment^[1a]. The Marquis's head was later attached to the Rod of Torment to complete the weapon.^[1b]
