'''T'ros''' was originally an Imperial mining world called Taros. It became a Tau Third Phase Colony following [[Tau]] exploitation is the second of four planets orbiting the star at the [[Imperium|Imperium center of Man]] after the later diverted forces and attention toward [[CadiaTaros System]] and the [[Eye of Terror]]is an arid desert world.<sup>1a</sup>
The capital of the planet is the city most recent [[Imperium|Imperial]] records show a population of approximatly 12,000,000 [[Gue'vesa]] (humans) and [[Tarokeenabhuman]]s.<sup>1a</sup>
T'ros is mainly inhabited by [[Gue'vesa]] (humans) formerly belonging to The largest population density can be found in and around the city of [[ImperiumTarokeen]].<sup>1a</sup>
==Taros CampaignHistory==The '''T'ros''' was originally an [[Imperium|Imperial]] mining world called '''Taros Campaign''' and was gradually annexed beginning in 978 [[M41]] pitched Imperial Forces against <sup>1b</sup> and culminating in the events of the [[Taros PDF, Campaign]]. Following the assasination an attempt, the Tau officially annexed Taros while the Imperium gathered an army to recapture reclaim the planet. A large scale invasion followed, ending in defeat the name of the Imperial army[[Emperor]]. <sup>1d</sup> This defeat is partially credited to the defection of culminated in a large percentage of scale invasion including fleet actions within the population of [[Taros, including System]]<sup>1e</sup> however in the Taros PDFend Imperial forces were forced to retreat after suffering heavy losses.<sup>1f</sup>
