'''Termagants''' are the most often used ranged attack troops of the [[Tyranids]]. While not very strong individually, these organisms will overwhelm much more elite foes with far superior numbers and support from larger [[Tyranid]] breeds. The basic ranged weapon of the termagaunt termagant is entitled the [[fleshborer]]. They have also been seen using others such as the [[devourer]]. They are usually seen alongside their cousin, the [[Hormagaunt]]. There are records of cases where huge broods of termagants have been expended for the sole purpose of using up the ammunition of defenders.
