Star Engines are an Eldar vehicle upgrade and are simply a number of backup and extra engines used on grav-vehicles to provide extra thrust when necessary. They allow them to move great distances at high speeds although this does limit any passengers to staying on-board the ship as they would be killed if they tried to disembark at such high speeds.
