Super Heavy Vehicles are a class of tank larger and more heavily armoured than any Battle Tank and even beyond that of Heavy Tanks, counting as War Engines.

Imperium
The Imperial Guard use the following vehicles, with their roles described.

- Astraeus: A Grav-Tank/Air Defence Tank
In addition there were/are more vehicles in the service of the Imperium, such as the Fellblade (possibly a precursor of the Baneblades), and the Decimator (see Chaos; possible a precursor to the Baneblade and Shadowsword) and the Mammoth (possibly a precursor of the Shadowswords), but it is not known whether they're used by the Imperium or not.
Eldar
All Eldar vehicles are powered by anti-gravity devices allowing them to skim above the surface at tremendous speeds. They are named after their forge god, Vaul, and often grouped together as Engines of Vaul.
- Cobra: A Tank Hunter.
- Scorpion: A Tank Hunter/Battle Tank
- Storm Serpent: No actual transport space, but with a Webway Portal it counts as an Armoured Infantry Vehicle.
- Void Spinner: An Artillery Tank.
- Tempest Grav-Tank: A Battle Tank.
- Deathstalker: A Tank Hunter/Air Defence Tank
Orks
The Ork Meks build larger versions of most Ork vehicles to make them super-heavy.
- Battlefortress: An Armoured Infantry Vehicle/Air Defence Tank
- Gunfortress: A Battle Tank.
- Weirdboy Tower
Chaos
The forces of Chaos use old style Imperial vehicles.
- Decimator, forerunner to the Baneblade and Shadowsword
- Plaguereaper: a Baneblade corrupted by Nurgle
- Tower of Skulls: A Daemon Engine/Battle Tank
- Doom Blaster: A Daemon Engine/Artillery Tank
- Death Dealer: A Daemon Engine/Siege Tank
