From Lexicanum

Survival Instinct is a novel written by Andy Chambers and was first published in 2005. Tracking the tale of Mad Donna Ulanti, a hive noble making a life in the Underhive of Necromunda, the story follows her battle for revenge following a seemingly failed assassination attempt.

The novel also fills in the back-story for her, detailing how she found herself as a feared member of the Underhive community and a legend.
