Lorgar

Why is Lorgar called "Aurelian" in the Dramatis Personae of Know No Fear?--Proteus77 22:40, 14 March 2012 (CET)

  • Aurelian is to Lorgar what Lupercal is to Horus Odinsgrudge 17:27, 15 March 2012 (CET)
I figured that, and I am assuming that the novella explains how he acquired that name; since I haven't read it (and probably won't until it's republished), I wanted to know if this is the only source in which the name is used.--Proteus77 18:37, 15 March 2012 (CET)
it's coined in The First Heretic, but I don't recall a reason given there or in the novella as to how he acquired it, beyond the comment that, to the Word Bearers, he was indeed the Golden One.--Mob 19:18, 15 March 2012 (CET)

Aurus is Gold in Latin, hence Aurelian is The Golden One. This would probably refer to the tiny golden script that covers his entire body.--Arthfael 20:20, 15 March 2012 (CET)
