  • "None More Loyal: The answer is self-evident, brothers,’ Galleas declared. ‘We have been called because we are the Crimson Fists, the shield-hand of Dorn. Of all the Space Marine Chapters across the Imperium, there are none more loyal than we. That is why so many of our brothers stand the Long Watch with the Ordo Xenos. That is why the Ordo Malleus called upon us to carry out the ultimate sanction on the Sons of Gideon and the Marines Vigilant when they forgot their oaths to Terra. ‘Time and again the Inquisition has called upon us, because our honour and devotion is beyond reproach. The very fact that we were summoned from the undertaking on Beryl Ultra should underscore how serious the situation must be.’ He blanked the data-slate and secured it to a cradle set into the forward bulkhead. ‘It is a great honour to serve the Inquisition, and we should be proud that Chapter Master Kantor selected us for this task. We must not fail him. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum (talk) 17:17, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
  • DW: Honour the Chapter, pg. 58: Through their long service, the Crimson Fists have often answered the calls of the Inquisition as well as the Adeptus Administratum. No matter the nature of the foe, these Battle-Brothers remain loyal to the Imperium and its sacred cause. Their service has led to that trust being reciprocal, to the extent that twice the Chapter has been assigned to eliminate Space Marine Chapters that have embraced heresy. These were the Sons of Gideon, who surrendered to madness, and the Marines Vigilant, whose minds were shattered by xenos exposure. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum (talk) 17:17, 24 June 2021 (UTC)

Crimson Fist's Updates

19.10.2005: Updated this article and corrected a number of errors. I kept the original structure, though.

I added a source for Crimson Tears by Ben Counter and updated some of the historical information to reflect the chapter's history in this. I would like to expound these details further once I get home, and get access to the book again. --Lygris 18:45, 5 September 2008 (CEST)

'Notable'

While I admire the work gone into the notable characters list, if we add every single guy that shows up to these lists they're going to get massive. IMHO notable character lists should be actually notable guys, ie they're fluffed out or occupy an important position in the hierarchy. There's an unnamed guy on this list, for example! A long list of names of characters that, realistically, hardly anyone is ever going to care about is something I would question on this page; perhaps a List of Crimson Fist marines page for all the no-marks would be more appropiate?--Mob 05:41, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

Absolutely. "Notable" means major characters, for everything else a list article like "Persons (Crimson Fists)" should be used. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum 12:46, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
