Correct Title

Black Library seems to refer to the magazine as both 'Hammer and Bolter' and 'Hammer & Bolter'. It'shard to know which one is right. For now I've kept the article as 'Hammer and Bolter' and created a redirect from 'Hammer & Bolter' to 'Hammer and Bolter'. -- Icaterus 22:20, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
