Could we take a look at some sourcing for this? Ibram Gaunt was not the only Black Library character to hold the rank of Colonel-Commissar.

- I've looked and can't find any sources to support him being the only Colonel-Commissar in the Imperium. I've edited the entry to reflect this Rooney 10:54, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
