Talk:Kasper Ansbach Hawser

Please note, that I reverse calculated the dates of Hawsers birth etc backwards from the date this website chronicles the Burning of Prospero happened (012.M31). I located this date on the page M31.

In addition, there may be some issues due to the length of a year on Fenris. This wiki shows a Fenris year is 2 standard years long. The novel Burning of Prospero has Hawser exclaiming a year on Fenris is 3-4 standard years. As he is supposedly an academic studying Fenris, if he doesn't know how long a year on Fenris is, I chose to go with the wiki, as this wiki properly sources everything, and Hawser was likely embellishing.

012.M31 Burning - Disappeared 70 years ago (Typhon Ch10) - 80 years old at the time of his disappearance = 862.M30

Hope that makes sense.--Sanguinarius 18:15, 1 September 2012 (CEST)

ID'd by Bjorn?

Is this Hawser?

"A remembrancer is a parasite paid to remember things. This one had a tongue like a snake and the heart of a weasel. He'd seek to convince everyone that his poems were works of genius, and that all critics were simply too foolish to appreciate him." - Bjorn, The Emperor's Gift (Novel), Chapter Twenty-Five, pg. 293--Proteus77 06:56, 12 September 2012 (CEST)

Hawser wasn't a poet or even a remembrancer of any kind. He was some kind of arche/anthropologist Dagsannr 09:08, 12 September 2012 (CEST)

Trivia

His name obviously refers to Kaspar Hauser who lived in Ansbach. Maybe this should be placed in a separate trivia category equally to other pages. Scriptor vulgaris (talk) 15:39, 25 August 2015 (MDT)
