Isn't this guy a fairly well-developed part of the fluff? --Strangething 05:55, 17 August 2007 (CEST)

Yeah, his old entry got moved to a page that later got nuked when the major contributer deleted his work upon leaving the Lex. Thanks for redoing it! --Mob 13:05, 17 August 2007 (CEST)

2nd most powerful psyker

Just a querey about the line "Malcador was the most powerful human psyker in the galaxy after the Emperor himself"'. By stating "human psyker" does this mean he isn't nesc. more powerful than Magnus, who could be classed as trans-human or whatever (as indeed could the Emp)? I don't have the source material myself to check. Only reason I ask is that the Emp intended Magnus to sit on the Golden Throne and when Malcador took that duty instead and it destroyed him (possibly as a result of physical frailty rather than psychic). I'm not meaning to indulge in fan-boy type speculation or anything, just wondering how the info is specifically phrased in the original source. The Lemur 22:35, 8 August 2012 (CEST)

The exact language from Garro: Oath of Moment is "After the Emperor himself, Malcador was the most powerful human psyker alive." (Track 5, Flashback) Given the modifier "human," I think your interpretation is accurate.--Proteus77 23:02, 8 August 2012 (CEST)
Thanks, was just curious. The Lemur 23:09, 8 August 2012 (CEST)

Chaplain Edict

"Malcador is noted for having given the Chaplain Edict at (presumably) Nikaea" - who is presuming this and based on what? Any ideas? The Lemur 00:22, 9 August 2012 (CEST)

Though I didn't add it to the page, I do remember reading that in Horus Heresy: Collected Visions somewhere. I'll try to find it but that book can be hard to pinpoint sometimes. -- SFH 00:53, 9 August 2012 (CEST)
Thanks - I'll have a look through it myself, haven't really studied the book all that much. The Lemur 00:55, 9 August 2012 (CEST)
AFAIR the Chaplain edict was mentioned several pages after the chapters concerning the Council of Nikaea. (I think it was a left page.) --DetlefK 11:03, 9 August 2012 (CEST)
