Opinion please!

Hi ive done my best to complete this article but i feel it requires a second opinion, if needed i will try and work on it further... thanks --Endeavour 13:42, 22 July 2008 (CEST)

Also since i still dont know how to re-direct, could someone please have a re-direct in for 'Dawn of war 2' so that both Dawn of War II and Dawn of War 2

Inspired by Company of Heroes?

"When under fire, infantry will automatically seek cover"

I've played CoH once or twice at a friend's, and infantry did indeed run for cover while getting shot at. This makes more sense, as WWII-era infantry aren't nearly as hardy as Space Marines in power armour, but perhaps this function would be set under a stance? Eg; hold ground, defensive, pursue on sight, etc. Sometimes troops are just outside enemies' range while just barely within their own, so an automatic function like that could screw with tactics a little.

Off topic, I'll see what I can do for a second opinion. :) --Rye 20:29, 23 July 2008 (CEST)

yeah i understand what you mean mate, ive got Company of heroes, (good game) the new Dawn of War 2 makes use of the same game engine as CoH and copying the 'cover' feature from CoH.
For Dawn of War 2 however they most likely will tweak it to cater to the game better, also don't forget that the Dawn of War games are made by the same people who made CoH, (Relic Entertainment). I hope this answers your question. --Endeavour 20:59, 23 July 2008 (CEST)

yeah dow II is use an updated version of the company of heroes engine (Essence 2.0 engine) and it looks like it might be using part of the havoc engine as well [user:emperorspartan/Endeavour] 1:20 western time july 23

Tyranids Confirmed

Recent news has confirmed Tyranids will be in the game. I edited to say so. --DarkestMirrored 20:00, 20 August 2008 (CEST)

Multiplayer Info

Would it be okay for someone *don't look at me, I'm just an editor who frowns upon terrible grammar and stuff* to add the new information revealed on various gaming website and on THQ's official website? Abaddon plays Starcraft...we all know that. 07:30, 13 December 2008 (CET)

Older power armour...?

Is it just me, or do a number of the Blood Ravens appear to be wearing older armour marks...? I think I'm seeing Mark IV in there, notably on the Squad Leaders... I'm sorry if this not appropriate for the talk page, but I just wanted to ask.

Force Commander

I realize that the FC is unnamed, but should the novelization be taken as canon? If so, the FC's name is Aramus. Anyone else with me, against me, or able to ask GW about this? Abaddon plays Starcraft...we all know that. 03:59, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
