Overview

Tanks are vehicles designed with heavier armour to protect against incoming fire. They can be designed to protect or attack.

While many armies use tracked vehicles as tanks, such as the Imperium and Orks, other more technologically advanced races like the Eldar and Tau use grav-tanks.

Tank Classes

Size Classes

• Super Heavy Vehicles: This class includes all tanks but not War Engines or Heavy Tanks, regardless of their function.
• Heavy Tanks: This class includes all tanks but not War Machines or Super Heavy Vehicles.
• Grav-tanks: This class includes all vehicles with anti-grav engines but they may also be included in the function classes if they fit.
