History

In the first edition of 40k, Rogue Trader, was a scenario featuring orks against the Crimson Fists chapter in which an Ork commander tried to retrive some loot that was being defended by a paltry 16 Astartes.

There was a White Dwarf Battle report featuring Abaddon against Thrugg, one of Snagrod's commanders, where the Black Legion teleported down to the planet's surface to 'capture' the Ork Warlord.

In the third edition codex Space Orks, the Arch Arsonist of Charadon is mentioned again, on the back cover.
