The Drakescale Plate is a suit of Corvus-Alpha-pattern Power Armour that is possessed by the Alpha Legion and was forged by an ancient tech-savant of the Dark Mechanicum. It incorporates the living titanium scales of the Mica Skydrake and because of this, The Drakescale Plate's pauldrons, vambraces and greaves are well protected by the beast's innate resistance to fire. Even a Flamestorm Cannon's channeled inferno will splash harmlessly aside from the power armour, like water from smooth pillars of obsidian.[1]
