Torva Minoris is the homeworld of the Relictors Space marine chapter. It's situated in an area of Segmentum Obscurus notorious for its warp storms.

It's believed the world was trapped within such a storm throughout the early years of the Chapter's founding. A plague of Warp storms affected the Imperium during the Age of Apostasy. There are frequent pogroms to this day, carried out to ensure instances of mutation within the population do not rise above tolerable levels.
