Tu'len is a Tau Earth Caste scientist that leads an experimental weapons division for the Tau Empire.[1]
Tu'len gained fame for his multi-phase-locked Pulse ARC Cannons, which were used to great effect against a colossal Ork Gargant on Hul'aan.[1]
