The Tyrant of Lochos was the leader of the city state of Lochos on the planet Olympia. He was in responsible for the upbringing of Perturabo but when the Emperor arrived, he was ousted by a combined force of Iron Warriors.

His name was Dammekos and was a bad leader. He let his state go to waste while he lived in luxury. After his ousting he spent the rest of his life plotting and planning ways to regain his power.
