Urk

Urk is an Ork Xenos World and the planet of origin of Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka. It was there he recieved his head wound and had the bionic implant made and put in by Mad Dok Grotsnik. After this he worked his way up the ranks, quickly coming to rule over all the Orks of the Goff tribe.

There were five tribes on the planet, Goffs, Bad Moons, Evil Sunz, Snakebites and the Blood Axe clans. When the star around which Urk orbited began to die, a Space Hulk appeared and Ghazghkull convinced the Orks to leave on the hulk. It is assumed that since then the planet has become uninhabitable to all life.
