Urrlak Urruk was the all powerful Ork Overlord of a massive Empire that was attacked during the Ullanor Crusade. In the closing stages of the war, the Luna Wolves sent in their Terminators, led by the almighty Horus himself to strike at Urrlak's own throne room.

As the rest of the Orks and Space Marines battled, Horus confronted Urrlak himself in a battle to decide the fate of the Ork Empire. Despite above average strength, intelligence and brutality, Urrlak was no match whatsoever for the future Warmaster. Horus crippled him with ease and while battle still raged, dragged the stricken Overlord to the roof of his own palace and threw him screaming to his death thousands of feet below.

Upon hearing word of their supposedly unstoppable leader's demise, the Ork factions broke up due to in-fighting and the unlamented Urrlak's Empire crumbled to the Imperium.
