Sister Superior is a rank within the Sisters of Battle. It is equivalent to the rank of sergeant used by many military organizations. Sister Superiors may command squads of Seraphim. Often Sister Superiors who have survived many battles will be referred to as Veteran Sister Superiors and have special access to the armoury.
