Vitruvius Eng is a Tech-Priest Dominus who believes that deep within Mankind's psyche there is a pervasive need for order and structure, that the teachings of the Omnissiah provides. The only thing preventing Mankind's embrace of the Machine-God is the nature of the galaxy they live in, which resists the Omnissiah's will. In order to rectify this, Eng states that anything or anyone in the galaxy that dissents against the Omnissiah, must be destroyed without mercy. He claims that this is the logical course of action for those who follow the Omnissiah and he will use the forces under his command to pave the way for Mankind, to fully embrace the enlightenment the Machine-God provides.[1]
