The Weirdwaaagh! is an Ork Waaagh! in M41 led by the Weirdboy Old Zogwort.
Description
Upon the backwater planet of Zurk, a Snakebite Weirdboy named Zogwort rises to prominence. Born amidst a nest of bloodvipers, Zogwort is imbued with their venom and his clothes crawl with their bodies. Yet it is his ability to curse his enemies and transform them into Squig that truly allows Zogwort to quickly form his own army. After he 'squigs-up' his tribes Warboss, Zogwort launches an unconventional Waaagh! that sees the ruling caste of Nobz replaced by Weirdboyz and attracting Mekboyz in their thousands. Zogwort's horde quickly conquers one planet after another.[1]
Old Zogwort's Waaagh! is eventually swallowed up by the edge of the Abhhorraxis Warp Storm as the Great Rift is formed. Weeks later, Imperial Astropaths in the Morrowgrym System experience visions of Mork letting loose a massive sneeze on their capital world of Morrowgrym Prime. This is rapidly followed by the arrival of the Weirdwaaagh!, whose starships emerge from the Warp in green ectoplasm. Morrowrym is utterly annihilated by the rampaging Ork forces.[1]
