This tool displays the difference between one version and another of the same ''Lexicanum'' page. Each version of a page is called a ''Revision'' and has its own unique [[Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum:Revision ID|Revision ID]] that can be found as described in the corresponding ''Help'' article.

The ''Differences'' tool can be accessed via the [[Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum:Special pages|Special pages tools overview]], subsection [[Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum:Redirecting special pages|Redirecting special pages]]. You can also simply click [[Special:Diff|here]].

You will need to enter the specific versions' [[Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum:Revision ID|Revision IDs]] you want to compare.

After entering the ''Revision IDs'' in the corresponding fields the wanted comparison of the two ''Revisions'' is displayed.

Two ''Revisions'' of a page can also be directly compared via the [[Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum:Page history|Revision history of a page]]. You simply have to select the dates of the revisions you want to compare. In the example below the oldest and the newest versions of article page [[Thoren]] are selected to compare them for ''Differences''.
