Psychic hood

Psychic Hoods are advanced pieces of equipment, able to be utilized by Space Marine Librarians. They are capable of nullifying and even stopping a psychic attack against a Librarian wearing one. Psychic hoods are most noticable as the large piece of headgear on a Librarian's Power Armour, attatched to his head via cables through his helmet (If he is wearing one). They are a distint feature of Epistolaries, more powerful Librarians.
