The 901st Penal Legion is a Imperial Guard Regiment made up of criminals, condemed from the Emperor's light to serve until death in combat, ultimatly earning redemption. They are sent to Vanqualis to help curb the ork invasion that has appeared there.
Their uniforms are drab green. They are led by General Varr, who fought in the Eye of Terror before being condemed.
