Aeronautica Imperialis: Taros Air War
|
Aeronautica Imperialis: Taros Air War is a rulebook for the Aeronautica Imperialis (2019) miniatures tabletop game. The book was released alongside the Aeronautica Imperialis: Skies of Fire [3] box set and sees the Imperial Navy battle the Tau above Taros.[1]
Background
Taros was an unassuming mining world nestled in the Ultima Segmentum, faithfully toiling in the service of the Imperium of Man for thousands of years… or so it seemed. The T’au Empire quietly began trading with the planetary governor – when this treachery was discovered, the Imperium’s response was relentless and brutal.[2]
Learn all about the T’au Air Caste’s role in the rigid social fabric of the Empire and discover their sleek, high-tech aircraft. You’ll also gain insight into how seconded Astra Militarum planes operate in the overall hierarchy of the Imperial Navy. All of this is set against the backdrop of a vicious war between the vengeful Imperium and a haughty, entrenched T’au Empire. [3]
