Aurent is an Imperial Hive World^[2] which also serves as a way-station for the Imperial Navy.^[1a] It is the sixth planet of the Agripinaa System.^[1a]

The planet was invaded by the Eldar of Craftworld Ulthwé in 992.M41. However, they were later defeated by Astra Militarum forces led by Commander Ursarkar Creed.^[1b][2]
