The Penal Legions operate under a standard codex manner.

The Bar-El Penal Legions are made up of the criminals of the Bar-El and other systems and fight under standard Imperial Guard methods, although with higher security.

The Bar-El Penal Legions fight like generic Imperial Guard troopers although are often seen as expendable.

The Bar-El Penal Legions are similarly armed although have less overall standardisation unlike most other regions.
