Bedenite Fusiliers
The Bedenite Fusiliers are an Astra Militarum Regiment, that are serving in the Indomitus Crusade.[1]
History
As the Crusade raged, the Regiment was assigned to Count-Commander Torustan Hin-Brahey's Illuminated Right Task Force Torchbearer Fleet. The Task Force was charged with resupplying a Space Marine Chapter, but it was attacked by Tyranids before reaching the Chapter. Though most of the Task Force was able to escape, the Fusiliers were unable to do so. The Regiment's weeping Colonel would ask Hin-Brahey to aid them, but he refused. The Commander claimed that if the Emperor decrees the Fusiliers died in battle with the Xenos, then that was the Regiment's duty. His was to ensure the Task Force reached the Chapter they were charged with resupplying. The Commander then ordered his warship's Astropath to be sealed off from the bridge, so the Colonel's weeping would not distract Hin-Brahey's flag officers.[1]
