Black Priests
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Black Priests are a sect of Ecclesiarchy priests whose main vocation is the conducting of exorcisms, purification and investigation on the behalf of the Imperial Church.[1]
They are often recruited from by the Ordo Malleus to aid the Inquisition in these pursuits. They are identified by their black robes and are sometimes armed with a sword sheathed on their backs.[1]
