The Blade of Numarc was a Battle Cruiser in service with the Dark Angels Legion during the Great Crusade.^[1]

History

The Blade of Numarc was part of the fleet that participated in the closing stages of the Dulan Campaign. Notably it ended up firing on the allied Space Wolves vessel Aesrumnír over Dulan itself, after the latter disregarded the Blade's hails and fired on a Faash battleship that a Dark Angels boarding party had penetrated, resulting in the deaths of dozens of Dark Angels Legionaries. It was only the personal intervention of Leman Russ that prevented the incident from spiralling out of control.^[1]
