The Blasphemy of the Mechanicus is a Plasma Gun that misfired resulting in the destruction of a Land Raider entrusted to the Salamanders Chapter. The Adeptus Mechanicus decried the weapon as tainted for its role in the loss of the vehicle, but Forgefather Vulkan He'stan refused to relinquish it to them to be dismantled. It would later find itself in the hands of the Blood Ravens chapter.^[1]
