The Carrion Hounds are a Death Guard Warband.^[1]

The Warband holds a great affection for the shambling Poxwalkers and often assembles morbid collections of the infected souls, usually from defeated Imperial Guard Regiments or entire noble families. During a battle, the Carrion Hounds will unleash hordes of their Poxwalkers to screen the Warband's advance.^[1]
