Codex Imperialis is the companion book to the Warhammer 40,000 2nd Edition Rulebook, published for the first time in 1993 as part of the 2nd Edition boxed set of Warhammer 40,000. The book has 96 pages and the cover is printed in colour while the book remains in black and white.
