The Cult of Scheming is one of the Post-Heresy Cults of the Thousand Sons.[1]
Perhaps the most insidious Cult of the Thousand Sons, they create convoluted plots that they see as a form of religious worship. Every conquest and withdrawal is perfectly planned and a single step towards some unseen master stroke.[1]
