Cyprian Devine was a Knight Seneschal and ruling lord of House Devine during the Horus Heresy. As the ruler of House Devine, he was named as the Imperial Commander of Molech. During the Battle of Molech he fought in the Knight Hellblade but was betrayed by his power hungry son Raeven Devine, who pushed his fathers titan into a chasm and became the ruler of the House.[1]
