Emelia was an Imperial Saint.

History

Not much is known about her, but her writings and remarks were frequently quoted by Commissar Ciaphas Cain, to his associates and students at the Schola Progenium. Cain's biographer, Inquisitor Amberley Vail, noted that this was a surprising fact for a man with Cain's normally low regard for the Ecclesiarchy. However, Vail described Emelia's writings as perceptive about human frailty, and theorized that this struck a chord with Cain's personality.[2][3]
