Extremis Diabolus

Extremis Diabolus is the most serious accusation that an Inquisitor can possibly give. It is used most often by Inquisitors of the Ordo Malleus for consorting with or being under the influence of Daemons. Witchcraft, practicing forbidden arts and heresy against the Emperor are all grounds for pronouncement of Extremis Diabolus. The punishment is death.^{[Needs Citation]}

Known Instances

• Inquisitor Ahenobarbus of the Ordo Hereticus was dispatched to Entymion IV after it suffered from a Daemonic intrusion and he declared the world Extremis Diabolis. Afterwards, he conducted an Exterminatus with his personal warfleet.^[1]
• Inquisitor Lord Torquemada Coteaz declared senior Inquisitor Laredian to be Extremis Diabolus due to his involvement with heretical affairs. Despite being a senior Inquisitor, Laredian was not immune to the charge and had to face his accuser, and was ultimately found guilty.^[2]
