Grenade launcher

Grenade Launchers are simply as their name states, weapons that fire grenades. They have a much greater range than a soldiers arm. They can be seen as a smaller, and weaker, version of the Missile Launcher. The idea with grenade launchers is to lob an explosive grenade at a bunker or other fortified position before charging in to kill the survivors.
The weapon has two options, frag (fragmentation) grenades and krak grenades. The frag grenades explode and shower a position with shrapnel and is good for killing as many people as possible. The krak grenade is more powerful but without the area effect. It is more useful for taking out important leaders or high strength creatures with poor armour, such as Daemons.
The weapon has been refined to make it man portable, and as such is a favorite weapon of the Imperial Guard. Space Marines also make use of them, but to a lesser extent, preferring more exotic Plasma Guns or Meltaguns.
