Heartstring Lyre
Heartstring Lyres are living instruments of destruction, that are used by Slaanesh's Infernal Enrapturesses.[1]
Description
They are made from the contorted body of willing mortals, whose souls are tattered into fragments to string the instruments. When played by an Infernal Enrapturess, Heartstring Lyres emit screams of pure elation and raw torment that vibrate through the physical and spiritual essences of those who hear them. By playing a cacophonous medley of notes, an Enrapturess can cause her foes' bodies to rip themselves apart, as each individual muscles and nerve fibers dance to its own anarchic rhythm. Alternatively, the Enrapturess can strum the Lyre to create a focused blast of sound that resounds within the souls of her enemies. This vivifies their emotions to such an extent, that their joy can no longer be contained. This in turn causes it to erupt thru through their flesh in a shower of glorious gore.[1]
