Template:ChaPort Honsou was an Iron Warrior Marine part of the siege of Tor Christo. Honsou was considered a "Half-breed", created with the stolen gene-seed from slain loyalist space marines. He was loathed by his fellow Iron Warriors for not being a "true" Iron Warrior, and also in part that his gene-seed came from that of a chapter descended from Rogal Dorn, the arch enemy of Perturabo. With the deaths of his two chief rivals, he was elevated to Warsmith at the end of the campaign when his predecessor achieved daemonhood.

After his elevation to Warsmith, he began besieging the Adeptus Mechanicus fortress of Hydra Cordatus. The fortress was known to house large amounts of gene-seed belonging to the Imperial Fists Space Marine chapter, the sworn enemies of the Iron Warriors. The siege was successful and Honsou captured large amounts of gene-seed and returned to Medrengard with thousands of slaves which he used to complete his fortress.

Using the captured gene-seed, Honsou constructed an unusual manufacturing system which allowed him to create several new Iron Warrior space marines known as the Daemonculaba. However, the Daemonculaba was far from perfect, and many of the candidates flushed out. Many did not survive, and those that did were horribly mutated beasts called the Unfleshed, and were cast out from Honsou's fortress.

Honsou then led his warriors into a civil war with two rival commanders within the Iron Warriors. As the war raged, Uriel Ventris and his friend Pasanius, both of which bound by a Death Oath, infiltrated the fortress and destroyed the Daemonculaba. Though destroyed, Honsou succeeded in the destruction of his foes. Though he had lost the Daemonculaba and several allies, Honsou had survived and had grown in power regardless. To date, his last known whereabouts are still at the world of Medrengard, training and building his last recruit and consolidating his power.
