The Horizon Blade is a relic Power Sword owned by the Emperor's Spears Chapter.[1]
Blue waves seemingly cascade in the alloy of the Blade and their ceaseless motion is intensified by the movement of those who wield it. As the waves crash across the Blade's length, the Power Sword's lethal edge is energized to levels capable of cutting anything it comes into contact with.[1]
